Google Sheets and Excel — into SQL, by themselves
Some data always lives in spreadsheets: plans, budgets, rates, KPIs. ETL Sync loads Google Sheets tabs, Excel and CSV files into your warehouse and refreshes them on schedule — next to 1C and BILLZ data.
Google SheetsExcelCSVMS SQLPostgreSQLBefore → after
The sales plan is in Google Sheets, actuals in 1C, the comparison is manual.
Plan and actuals in one database: Power BI compares them automatically.
Someone changed the sheet — the report shows old numbers.
The sheet is re-read on schedule — the report always sees the latest version.
Numbers as text, dates in different formats — Power BI complains.
The program detects column types itself and keeps them stable.
How it works
- 1
Source
A Google Sheets link, an Excel/CSV file or folder.
- 2
Tabs
Each tab is a separate table. Headers are the first row (configurable).
- 3
Warehouse
The same database where 1C and BILLZ data go.
- 4
Schedule
Re-read hourly or daily — as needed.
What you get
Each tab — a table
One table per tab; several files in a folder — several tables.
Types by themselves
Numbers, dates, percentages and codes with leading zeros are detected correctly.
Access
Google Sheets via link or a Google service account.
With 1C
Plans and budgets next to 1C and BILLZ actuals.
On schedule
Changed the sheet — within an hour the report has new numbers.
Power BI
Plan vs actual, variances and forecasts — in one report.
