1C to SQL and PostgreSQL — automatically
Need a copy of 1C data in a separate database — for reports, a website or integrations? ETL Sync copies 1C tables to MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL and keeps them fresh by taking only new and changed rows.
1СMS SQLPostgreSQLMySQLBefore → after
Each 1C export is a week of developer work plus configuration changes.
Tables are picked with a mouse in the web panel. The 1C configuration stays unchanged.
A full reload every night takes hours, and data gets stale during the day.
Changes only: seconds instead of hours. Refresh every 5 minutes if you like.
The export failed at night — found out in the morning when reports were empty.
Loads go through a staging table: reports never see empty data. Errors go to Telegram.
How it works
- 1
Source
A 1C database on MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL with a read-only login.
- 2
Warehouse
Your MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL — the program creates schemas and tables itself.
- 3
Tables and mode
"Changes only" for documents, "by recorder" for registers, full for small catalogs.
- 4
Schedule
An interval per table, a quiet window for working hours, a full check at night.
What you get
1C structure
Names of catalogs, documents, registers and attributes — from the 1C database automatically.
Incremental
By _Version row version, by recorder or via CDC — no full reloads.
No empty reports
Full loads go to a staging table, then an instant swap.
Data types
References, dates, numbers and strings keep proper types; TRef gives readable reference names.
Many databases
Several 1C bases and other sources — into one warehouse, different schemas.
Team
Users with permissions, Windows (AD) sign-in, an action log.
You decide where the program and data live
Usually the program is installed on your side — data never leaves the company. Don't want to install anything? We'll run it all on our server.
In your company
- The program on your computer or Windows server

- Pay only for the key — there is a free plan
On our server
- The panel opens in a browser over HTTPS
- Your own PostgreSQL database — from 10 GB
- Updates and backups are on us
- Monthly billing: key and storage, auto-renew
