One payment

Key, storage and reports — one amount from your balance. One term for the whole package.

Remainder credited

Had a 30-day key and 10 days passed — we deduct the cost of the 20 days left. You keep the same key; its term becomes the package term.

Auto-renewal

A day before the end the package renews itself from your balance. One click to turn off.

Change any time

Add web reports, more space or another plan — we recalculate with the remainder.

FAQ

Why web reports instead of Power BI?
Power BI charges for every employee who views reports (Pro is about $14 per user a month). Our portal is priced per package: up to 10, 50, 100, 300 or 1,000 employees, with no per-user fees.
Can I pay for the key only?
Yes — the Program package. The program runs on your side, data in your database, reports in any BI.
What if I don't renew?
Syncs stop, but data and settings are kept. After payment everything continues where it stopped.
How do I connect Power BI to the storage?
In the account: the “Database access” button gives the address and a read-only login and password over SSL. Other companies' databases aren't visible.
Can I cancel a package?
Yes, in your account — “Cancel package”. It works until the end of the paid term and doesn't renew. Money for the remaining days isn't refunded.
Who builds the reports?
We do: connect sources, build reports and set up access. Report development is quoted separately — leave a request.
